Why it is worth paying for
Across sixteen long-term studies, people who did strength training had a 10 to 17 percent lower risk of early death, heart disease and diabetes, with most of the benefit at 30 to 60 minutes a week. In randomised trials it lowered blood pressure about as much as aerobic exercise did. Who this suits
