Uses the Asian-Indian cut-offs, overweight from 23, not 25, and shows what the international thresholds would have said instead.
Two, not ten. Both use the thresholds that apply to Indian bodies rather than the international defaults most calculators inherit, and both run entirely in your browser.

Maintenance calories via Mifflin-St Jeor, a moderate fat-loss target, and the protein number most vegetarian diets miss.
Because the others are not worth a page. A one-rep-max estimator is arithmetic you can do on your phone, and tape-measure body-fat calculators produce a number with an error range wide enough to be useless.
These two exist because both make a point that generic calculators get wrong for an Indian user: the BMI thresholds are different here, and the protein target is the number a vegetarian diet is most likely to miss.
None of this replaces looking at what you actually do. Coaching is what the numbers are for.
