How to read these photographs
They are photographs of real members of this gym, published by Brijesh Joshi with each person's name and the length of time they trained. Nothing here is stock photography and nothing here is a model.
They are also a selection. Ten results out of the thousands of people who have trained at S R Gym since 1999 is not a success rate, and it would be dishonest to present it as one. These are the people who finished what they started, and who agreed to be shown. You are looking at the top of a distribution, not its middle.
Two more things worth being blunt about. The timeframes are as published by the gym; where a member has independently confirmed their own dates, we say so on their page. And the starting points differ enormously, a college student adding muscle and a 111 kg member losing 37 kg are not the same task, and neither one predicts what will happen to you.
The one result the member published himself
Parvez Jivasha posted his own transformation in March 2022, “My August to December natural transformation.. Coach - @brijeshjoshifitness”, on his own Instagram account, with training footage from the gym on his own channel.
That is a different quality of evidence from everything else on this page, because the client is the one making the claim. It is the only one here in that category, and we would rather point at it clearly than let it blend in with the rest.
Consent
These photographs were published on the gym's Instagram before they appeared here. A website is a more permanent and more searchable surface than a social post, so members named on this page can have their entry removed at any time by messaging +91 98790 69960, no explanation needed, no questions asked.
What we will not tell you
We will not tell you what you will lose, or how fast. Anyone who gives you a number before they have seen you train, asked what you eat, and found out how many days a week you can realistically show up is guessing, and usually guessing high, because it sells.
Results shown are individual and depend on starting point, consistency and adherence. They are not typical and are not a guarantee of the outcome any other member will achieve.
